Your deposit will be credited to your account by 2 hours after confirm receipt of the deposit. Any deposit by cheque will not be available for use until the cheque has been honored.
Cash Withdrawal：

Should you need to withdraw cash from the securities account, please complete cash withdrawal instruction via internet, send us "Fund Withdrawal Request" by fax or contact your Account Executive to arrange for the cash withdrawal. All cash withdrawal instructions must be sent to us before 2 p.m. (Remark). All valid instructions received will be forwarded to the bank for processing on the same day.

Internet Cash Withdrawl via EZ Trade HK Securities Online Trading Platform
‧Cash withdrawal available time is between 9:00 ~ 14:00 (application not allowed during holidays), withdrawals made
past this time will be treated as a reservation for the following transaction day.
‧Only applicable to the client who has registered a designated bank account with us.
‧The [ledger balance] will be adjusted after each cash withdrawal application; the system will directly reject the withdrawal
if there are insufficient funds in the account.
‧Please use the [Cash In/Out Status] to delete withdrawal applications that can be cancelled, the account balance will be
reversed back once the deletion is successfully completed.
‧Cash withdrawal instructions by third parties are not accepted.

You may withdraw fund from your account by either of the following ways:
Direct transfer (only applicable for the clients that have bank account with Bank SinoPac Hong Kong Branch or with the Standard Chartered Bank)
Interbank transfer to another bank account in Hong Kong (Remark 1)
Deposit the cheque to the client's bank account with HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, Standard Chartered Bank or Bank of China
Remit the fund to an overseas bank account specified by the client. (Remark 2)
Collect the cheque in person at our office.
