Please prepare your "account number" and the "password" provided to log-in your internet trading platform. After using new password to log-in, you need to amend your password. Please keep your password confidential to protect you from fraud. |

Password setting regulation: New password should be in 6-12 digits combined with numbers and English letters. Any symbol and 3 consecutive numbers and English letters will not be accepted |

lf you have signed Form W8 and also applied EZTrade trading platform service, you can use the same password to log-in US stock trading platform. |
| 4. |
If you forget your password, please contact you account executive or Customer Service. We will send you a new password after identification. Please remember to change your password after logging-in for your security. |

Transaction important notes, Purchasing Power and Settlement: |

Futures products settlement day is 1 day after transaction day (T+1) with cash settle. |
| 2. |
Cut-off time of cash deposit notification is on 5:00p.m. All cash deposit notification after cut-off time will not be included on purchasing power (also known as "PP") in SP system on that night. |
| 3. |
There is no pre-setting transaction fee in SP system. All the actual transaction fee (including minimum charges, if applicable) will be adjusted on the next business day and reflected on trading system and daily statement (Actual commission will be shown on daily statement) |
| 4. |
Some global futures products will have physical settlement system. Since we will not execute any physical settlement for client, we will request client to close their futures contract position few days before last trading day (the "day" depends on product types), and couldn’t open new position as well. |
