Requirements
  • Obtained qualifications in examination paper 1, 7 and 8 ( or eligible to apply for SFC license Type 1, Type 2, Type 9)
  • University graduates or above college with 3 years related working experience
  • Graduates from Mainland China or Taiwan are welcome
  • Possessed a good client base in Securities, Futures and Options, Options, Bonds, Structured Products and Insurance (or high net worth client base)
  • Possessed a good client base in Taiwan, Mainland China or Hong Kong is an advantage

-      Provide first checking of account opening documents

 

-      Conduct due diligence and AML risk assessment for new and existing clients

 

-     Handle client account annual review

 

-      Prepare worksheet to record the storage and safe keeping of the client account opening form and relevant documents.

 

-      File clients’ documents under both e filing system and paper file (third party fire proof warehouse)

 

-      Prepare data entrance into system

 

-      Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

 

-       Degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline(s)

 

-       At least 1 years’ relevant working experience in banking or securities trading field

 

-       Knowledge of rules and regulations on SFC / FATCA / CRS is an advantage

 

-       Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word & Excel

 

-       Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

 

-       Fast and accurate typing skills in both English and Chinese

 

-       Responsible, hardworking and detail-minded

 

-       Immediate availability is highly preferred
